My work with your space will support its reputation as a hub for personal and professional growth, while contributing vibrancy and intrigue to its relational field.

I offer:

• One-and-one ‘residency hours’ for your members, in which I provide philosophical counsel designed to enhance choice-making, meaning-making, and the cultivation of a life-work philosophy.

• Group workshops that build relationships and synergies, while educating on emerging cultural and technological trends effecting life and work.

• Small events (or larger events if desired) that attract new potential members and / or bring your community together, while placing your space on the map for deeply engaging and educational gatherings on the topics most relevant to adaptation and business today.

Startups live or die (in good part) by virtue of how they navigate complexity. To speak on specifics in such terrain borders on the foolish, but the core of my value proposition here revolves around:

• Collective intelligence practices to better relate with key challenges and opportunities, at levels including ethics, logistics, narrative, human nature etc.

• Relational, communicational, and philosophical guidance.

• Leadership and voice strengthening for founders, executives and key people. (On ‘voice strengthening’, think the capacity to sense and clarify pre-existing knowledge and emergent pattern recognition, and to express it with effectiveness, creativity and authenticity.)

A core intention of this work will be to co-realise wiser innovation pathways.

My embodied work as founder of Voicecraft and independent research as something of a renegade cultural philosopher places me in a genuinely unique position to add rare and substantial value to processes of collective cognition.

I have hosted hundreds of hours of recorded and non-recorded explorations on the frontier of philosophical and cultural thinking about diverse topics at the core of the relation between our existential reality and deep patterns of system and ecology. I have recorded long-form podcasts with leading thinkers around the world, and brought together hundreds of minds to engage in research expeditions to make sense of perennial and emerging patterns that characterise our lifeworld.

I have developed and run a course designed to cultivate capacity to be a Dialogic Guide, (one part facilitator, one part alchemical agent that infuses group contexts with a capacity for increased insight and generativity.)

I am a specialist at weaving together critical, analytic intelligence with intuitive perception, and at bridging insight across disciplines, recognising the transdisciplinary connections that emerge. Thus I bring the qualities of a genuine bridge-maker at relational and conceptual levels.

I have embodied experience engaging with the problem space associated with cultural transformation, and have developed extensive knowledge of and capacity to articulate many of the fundamental dynamics which, I (and others) would argue, characterise the common drivers of the existential and systemic predicaments faced by intelligent life and civilisation more broadly.

I do not present myself as an ‘expert’ in these matters, and can (and do) point to a great many peers and teachers with understanding that exceeds my own across domains as far as my eye can see.

But I have been in dedication to this path of understanding (across domains of philosophy, science, psychology, anthropology, history, sociology, design, theology, game theory, geopolitics, consciousness and spirituality, etc.) while actively embodying innovative attempts to create the conditions and relational contexts that are capable of being in transformative relation with these questions. This work is ongoing. You can find it if you look for it, and invitations to participate in it are there for those who look.

This text here signals my openness to working with aligned efforts to relate with projects and questions of deep adaptation and cultural transformation. I care, and will meet you well in the process.
